PERSONAL TRAINING
I offer private one-on-one training. We will sit down at our first visit and do an assessment of your fitness level, review your goals, and discuss a plan of action. We will go over package options. I recommend a commitment of at least 6-8 weeks to see the best results. Price: $60/hr. special discount: if you order 5
or more sessions you receive a 10% discount. Private studio entry is included in price.
NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE
Are you confused about what foods to eat when? Or how much is too much protien? I can give you tips and guidance on eating a balanced diet to feel your best. This does require a food journal to be kept for 3-5 days. Price Varies from $75 - $150 depending on what is desired.
COMPETITION PREP
Have you been wondering what it would take to get on stage and need some coaching to make it happen? I have been on stage numerous times (with an overall win) and can help you with your posing, make-up, suit selection, tanning tips and even train you to get ready. This can be an all inclusive package or just the final week prep. you let me know what you need.
HEALTHY GROCERY STORE TOURS
Have you made the decision to get you and the family healthier starting with the food you are eating, BUT you are confused about what is good and not so good in the grocery store. I am now offering private or semi-private tours thru the grocery store, showing you what and where to shop in the store. I Show you how to decipher the labels so when you do buy a packaged food you know it is the best you can get. Price: $25/half-hour

Want to have a friend join you? This is a great way to cut your costs AND have more motivation. It is always a good idea to have a support system and what better way then to have a friend to push you along and keep you motivated. Price for 2: $75/hr. Each additional person is $10.00/ea. Private studio entry is included in price.
